Thank you for your purchase from our online shop Reifenboss.com. We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the applicable right of withdrawal, you have a 14-day right of return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or make a different decision, you can return the purchased tyres to us within this period without giving any reason.

Please note, however, that as the buyer, you are responsible for the cost of the return.

Returns are only possible for Germany shipments.

Here you can also find the costs*:

• For cars, light trucks and bicycle tyres: 20 Euro per package + ( 10% + VAT of the sales value) as storage costs handling fees.

• For rims: 20 euros per package + ( 10% + VAT of the sales value) as storage cost handling fees. The goods must be new and in their original packaging. For the rims, the buyer has to organize the shipment of the goods himself.

• For trucks, agricultural vehicles, earthmoving vehicles tyres: 90 euros per tyre. + ( 10% + VAT of the sales value) as storage costs handling fees.

* The above prices do not include VAT.

In order for us to process your return smoothly, we ask you to follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service by e-mail at info@reifenboss.com or by phone at +49 2373 9819865 and inform us of your withdrawal.

Please include your first name, surname, contact details, order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Pack the tires safely and carefully to avoid damage in transit.

3. Return the goods to the following address: Reifenboss.com, Am Hofe 13, D-58640 Iserlohn.

4. Please note that the return must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period in order to exercise your right of return.

As soon as we have received the returned tyres or rims and they are in perfect condition, we will arrange for a refund of the purchase price.

The refund will usually be made using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.
 

Please note that certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, for example in the case of special tyres made for you or tyres that have already been fitted.

Exception to the right of withdrawal applies to the following products:

-Already fitted - used tires or rims

- Products without original packaging 

- Damaged products due to use by the buyer
