1. How do I find the right tires for my vehicle?
In our online shop you can search for the right tires for your vehicle by using the tire size. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact our customer service.
2.Are the tires brand new? How old is the production date?
Yes, all tires are brand new. By law, tires are considered brand new for up to 3 years. Our tires are over 90% up to 2 years old.
3. What brands of tires do you offer?
We offer a wide range of tires from different brands, including well-known manufacturers as well as high-quality budget brands.
On our website you can see the brands available and use appropriate filters to narrow your search.
4. Are the rims brand new? Required the rims registration?
The rims are brand new and do not require registration.
5. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
The delivery time varies depending on the location and availability of the tires ordered. We usually ship your order within 1 business day after receipt of payment.
The expected delivery time will be displayed to you during the ordering process and usually takes 2-3 working days (it can always vary and depends on the parcel service or shipping company).
6. What happens if the delivered tires are damaged or do not meet the specifications ordered?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If the delivered tires are damaged or do not correspond to the specifications ordered, we will collect the tires free of charge and we will take care of the new delivery as soon as possible.
You can also contact our customer service immediately to discuss how to proceed. We will find a solution together to make sure you are satisfied.
7. Can I return or exchange tires?
The return or exchange of tires is usually only possible if the products are unused and in the original packaging. The return must be made no later than 14 days after delivery of the tires.

8. Do you offer tire fitting?
As a rule, we do not offer assembly of the tires. However, you can use the services of a workshop or tire dealer near you to have the fitting done.
9. What payment methods are accepted?
